A new application was submitted to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) in challenge of the conviction of David ‘Dai’ Morris for the Clydach Murders (i.e. the murders of Mandy Power, 34, her mother Doris Dawson, 80, and her daughters Katie, 10, and Emily, 8, at some time between 7.30 p.m. on Saturday 26 June 1999 and 12.25 a.m. on Sunday 27 June 1999).


Application submitted by John Morris and Paul Dalling, authors of: Force of Evil: Crossing the Thin Blue Line to Murder.


Authority for the submission given by Janiene Morris as her Father, David 'Dai' Morris, is now deceased.
