'Prison Censored Poems' by Sean Bw Parker

While print shops are an excellent and usually calm oasis in the relative negativity and frequent chaos of most prisons, they are still wary of 'letting material out' made during prisoners' time there. Here are four poems, printed in the workshop during preparation of the prison magazine, from many more now sadly lost or mislaid, that were deemed unacceptable to be sent out (hence the 'line through'). The workshop manager, who was very popular with the other residents and good at his job, said: 'It's not so much what they're about, but who's writing them'.
