Will Andy Burnham Commit to Treating VAMB Equally to VAWG?

Ex-Prime Minister Keir ‘believe the victims’ Starmer regularly made a very big deal about ‘halving incidents of violence against women and girls over the next ten years’, though his own tenure only lasted two.

Institutional feminism is now so embedded into the benches of the House of Commons that not repeating this cult-like mantra would provoke suspicious eyebrow spasms under dark brown bobs throughout the chamber. And what sort of monster would argue against it? All civilised people want to see violence of all sorts reduced as much as possible. But it’s not actually about violence anymore, it’s about power.

The equality of all people in the UK has been guaranteed in law since the 2010 Equality Act, so why so few words about Violence Against Men and Boys (VAMB)? After all, numerous studies have now shown that while more damage is done when men respond to interpersonal violence, more of it is started by women. Also, when you bring coercive control and psychological into the mix, the balance shifts from 50/50 into females being more responsible for forms of IPV various.

Rape and sexual assault are increasingly lumped into the subject of VAWG in order to get the allegation/charge/conviction numbers up, and feminist activists are determined for the Enthusiastic Consent standard to bring into the realm of law a vast amount of copulation going on everywhere, constantly.

The gynocentric focus on either not sending women to prison or releasing them as quickly as possible implies that no women should be imprisoned, while they are only 5% of inmates anyway. The politicisation of wrongful convictions goes hand in hand with false allegations as an the attack on the traditional family, as it is overwhelmingly males, the traditional breadwinners, who are victims of FAs.

The case of Henry Nowak’s death being ignored over police fears of being called racist, and how the police handle claims of rape, are intimately intertwined. The Sikh man calling out the alleged racism was automatically the ‘victim’ while the young white man lay bleeding out on the ground. The victim and perpetrator were reversed in the minds of DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) authorities, in the same way that around 80,000 cases of false allegations per year are inverted to mean too many ‘predatory’ perps are ‘getting away with it’.

It’s been straightforward statistical gerrymandering, for years, supported by difficult-to-argue rhetoric in the halls of power and in the media. This relates to the two-tier policing of the Feminacra, where the parallel justice system, formed by (Baudrillard’s) optics becomes more important than objective British law itself.

This Feminacra, bedded in what Dr Michael Naughton has termed Misanthropic Feminism, has led to what have become ‘predatory’ investigations by the UK police. These are investigations biased towards the complainant, usually the woman, ignoring the accused’s stance as much as possible, however much this might transgress police guidelines.

Definitions within VAWG are ever-expanding, echoing the Taking Without Consent (TWOC) reframing of certain types of theft, usually of cars. The multiple levels of rape, sexual assault, coercive control, financial abuse, rough sex, hate speech, malicious communications, stirring up hatred, incitement to violence/riot and all the other New Culture Crimes about which we read in The Guardian et al are essentially a wildly extrapolated drip feed, designed to brainwash and worry.

They are all rooted in VAWG theory, itself sprouting from Stanford University in the US, and shipped in on the backs of successful legal-media pushes such as the #MeToo movement. All are used as levers to increase convictions for these vague allegations of crime, which has pretty much become the State getting into bed with irascible/dysfunctional couples.

Keir Starmer similarly imported the ‘believe the victims’ policy from the Obama administration in the early 2010s when he was Director of Public Prosecutions at the Crown Prosecution Service, and the former Prime Minister’s love of legal ‘process’ seemingly as a holy text did the rest. That the system was already chronically misandrist was of no interest where votes and ‘social justice’ was being done, and it’s near impossible to argue against VAWG, particularly for Westminster’s simp-class of male politicians.

While culture wars such as the the trans debate raged, the ever-flexible notion of consent passed everything under its circularity. Where is ‘consent’ where persuasion and old-fashioned seduction are involved, conditions under which so much romance and intimacy occurs? Mention such nuance at risk of said politician being labelled at best a dinosaur and worst a rape apologist. If it’s a woman commenting, usually Conservative or Unionist, she will be informed she has internalised misogyny, and to work on herself.

So Andy Burnham, Mayor of Manchester, King of the North and a Prime Minister without a national mandate of his own, will have to decide if his few years will be about actual equality, or Jess Phillips’ version of equality. Scourge of the IPP (Imprisonment for Public Protection) prisoners David Blunkett has said, interestingly, ‘I don’t think Burnham’s woke - thank God!’ 

The next couple of years will show just how ‘based’ Burnham actually is - or if, like every other ‘progressive’ Prime Minister, he’s too terrified of Westminster’s seemingly all-powerful VAWG cartel to do anything to counter it at all.
