The Warren Greaves case: A Crime That Never Was. How the UK Justice System Framed Me, Silenced Me, and Now Faces the Truth

The Day It All Turned

It began with something simple — I saw something suspicious and did what any responsible citizen would do: I called the police. That moment should have marked the start of a proper investigation. Instead, it became the spark for the most surreal and brutal chapter of my life.

Who I Am, and What Really Happened

I’m not a criminal. I have never stalked anyone. What I am is someone who noticed a situation developing near my home and took the initiative to alert the authorities. But the roles were quickly reversed. The police twisted my report, fabricated a narrative, and built a case against me out of my own calls for help. On a second occasion, when the same complainant appeared outside my flat during a private gathering, I called the police again. Days later, I was called into Kidderminster Police Station and thrown on remand. That moment was not about justice — it was damage control.

When Speaking Up Got Me Silenced

Once on remand, the system set its machinery into motion. A Stalking Protection Order (SPO) was manufactured against me — one that was out of time and contradicted by basic facts. Yet no one questioned it. The entire case was built on the lie that I was a threat, when in truth I was the one trying to de-escalate, to report, to be heard. Every attempt I made to tell the truth was treated as disruption. The more evidence I provided, the harder they worked to bury it.

Fake Transcripts, Denied Audio, and Legal Manipulation

What happened at Maple House on 25–26 March 2024 should shock any honest observer. The official transcript of that hearing was manipulated — over 80 critical redactions and formatting tricks stripped it of its truth. I demanded the original audio. Denied. Every authority involved, from the court to the Ministry of Justice, refused to provide it. This wasn’t error — it was coordinated obstruction. Even my legal calls were recorded after my solicitor realized I had exposed him. The court system became a theatre, and I was cast as the villain in a play I never auditioned for.

Ministry of Justice and CCRC Failures

The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), meant to safeguard against miscarriages of justice, became another brick in the wall. Despite having full access to my documents and Terms & Conditions, they failed to engage honestly. Calls were dodged. Letters went unanswered. When I finally reached the right people, their responses were evasive and contradictory. The Ministry of Justice, too, failed to act when presented with hard evidence of transcript fraud and false representation. The system didn’t fail me by accident — it failed me by design.

The Final Reckoning and International Legal Action

My documentation, now submitted to the European Court of Human Rights, lays bare the truth. It includes:

• The complete transcript breakdown

• Evidence of audio suppression

• Direct correspondence with HMCTS, the MoJ, and the CCRC

• A declaration disqualifying the UK authorities from acting as a lawful remedy.

This isn’t just a fight for my name — it’s a case study in how institutional corruption works under the disguise of procedure.

Why This Matters: If It Can Happen to Me…

Then it can happen to anyone. If calling the police, asking for help, or speaking up results in false conviction, prison, and silence, then no one is safe. My case exposes the machinery — but it also proves that truth, when recorded, documented, and fearlessly told, is a weapon. And that weapon is now in the public’s hands.

My Terms, My Truth — Justice Will Be Seen

This is not a story for sale. This is not a promotion. This is my truth — and I have fought to bring it into the light. I thank every person who stood by me, especially those now helping me reach the wider world. The system scripted a lie. But I wrote the truth — and it will be seen.
