Brett Sokolow opened his two non-profits “The National Behavioral Intervention Team Association” and “The Association for Title IX Administrators” on Friday April 1, 2011.
This was just three days before Vice President Joe Biden introduced the Dear Colleague Title IX directive on Monday April 4, 2011. His name was removed from both non-profits in April 2022 according to Open Corporates.
Several hundred lawsuits have proven that schools and colleges have shown bias in their investigations.
These investigators have largely been trained by Brett Sokolow’s organization, which profits from training the coordinators and also provides risk management services to the institutions.
Aside from the whistleblower suit he is now facing, there needs to be a probe into the profiteering off Title IX - by design - starting before the “Dear Colleague” letter was introduced in 2011.
It is an orchestrated enterprise.
Within the same week that Obama was elected in 2008, Angela Rose (founder of PAVE www.shatteringthesilence.org) had a Wikipedia page.
She became part of the central enterprise, and is featured in a photograph from 2010 with other key figures: S. Daniel Carter, Laura L Dunn and Russlynn Ali.
In September 2020, in a Facebook post, Melinda Coleman - mother of Daisy Coleman who had been solicited by Angela Rose to be in the documentary about middle school rape “Audrie & Daisy” - called out PAVE and its affiliates as 100% lies, who profiteered off Daisy’s life and death.
In February 2009, $900,000 went from the Department of Justice to the University of New Hampshire for “Bystander” and “Know Your Power” training. These are now marketed around the world by Soteria Solutions with Sharyn Potter from UNH on the board (she was present at the April 4, 2011 “Dear Colleague” launch).
Lyn Schollett of the NHCADSV is on the board as well. The company was recognized for entrepreneurship using federal funds and has won coveted grants several times. There is barely a mention of violence against males in the materials.
Arguably, the Department of Justice provided financing to UNH to create materials that were specifically gender-biased and thus in violation of Title IX itself.
UNH is listed as a strategic partner with the White House “Not Alone” task force formed in 2014, for which Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s senior advisor, is Chair. She is also Chair of Civic Nation which backs “Its On Us” launched by Obama in 2014 as well.
Tina Tchen, Michele Obama’s Chief of Staff and who founded Times Up is also on the board of Civic Nation and so is Tracey Vitchers of “Its On Us”.
As students, teachers, professors and their families all over the country have suffered under biased irrational and punitive Title IX investigations from coordinators trained by Brett Sokolow, institutions have also paid out millions.
Sexual assault statistics haven’t changed.
The only thing that has changed is that suicides and disciplinary actions have gone up while a small group of people that includes Valerie Jarrett, Tina Tchen, Anita Dunn, Brett Sokolow, Laura L Dunn, Angela Rose, Steven J Kelly and Gloria Allred have profiteered and racketeered.
Dartmouth paid out $14 million in a class action Rapuano & Does v Dartmouth suit brought by Steven J Kelly, who had been introduced to the criminal trial of NH v Owen Labrie by Laura L Dunn on the White House Task Force.
These travelled to that criminal trial together and worked with journalists, police, prosecutors and local political representatives to steer the trial for a political win leveraging multiple civil suits in the wake.
Gloria Allred is allegedly being investigated alongside Tom Girardi, whose CFO has just been jailed for wire fraud.
She sued Occidental in 2013 and was on the cover of Time Magazine in May 2014, ready to do business after the “Not Alone” White Paper was published.
In 2016, she, Tina Tchen and Roberta Kaplan were warned for violating the Hatch Act. Roberta Kaplan and Tina Tchen recently stepped down from Times Up/NWLC, admitting there were conflicts of interest and SKDK split with Times Up/NWLC (SKDK is run by Anita Dunn who was Obama’s director of communications). It represents “It's On Us” which is backed by Civic Nation (which is Valerie Jarrett).
“It's On Us” is mentioned several times in the first announcement of the now debunked “The Hunting Ground” from October 2014.
It’s time for a full scale investigation into this group and the money flow.
It costs each student thousands per year for Title IX administration. Who gained from it? Not the students. The Title IX coordinator didn’t help Larry Nassar’s victims when they went to complain. So what’s the real goal, because it is a far cry from what is being presented in official wrapping paper?
